Open the Veloo app, select “Food & Vendor Pickups,” choose your restaurant or vendor, enter pickup & delivery addresses, then confirm.

We partner with local restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and approved merchants. Just browse the vendor list in-app to see who’s available.

Yes—during booking, choose “Schedule for later” and select your date/time up to 2 hours ahead (subject to vendor hours).

Pickup fees start at ₦500 plus ₦100 per kilometer. The app will show your exact total before you confirm.

After the rider accepts, you’ll see their live location and ETA in the app. You can also chat or call the rider if needed.
